• Marriage Certificate (if Married)
• Parents’ full names and birthdates

• List of previous international travel (with entry/exit dates on a separate page)
• Details of any visa refusals (with refusal letters or reasons)

• Property ownership documents

• Original Letter of Invitation (Attestation d’accueil) officially issued and stamped by the local French Town Hall (Mairie)
• Sponsor’s Passport Copy (photo page + valid residence permit if the sponsor is a non-French citizen)
• Sponsor’s National Identity Document (French National ID Card if the sponsor is a French citizen)
• Sponsor’s Residence Proof (Recent utility bill, quittance de loyer, or official proof of address issued by the Mairie)
• Employment Proof: Work Contract (Contrat de travail), Last 3 Salary Slips (Fiches de paie)

  Or Business Proof (if self-employed): Company Registration (from Registre du commerce), Recent Tax Return (Avis d’imposition)

• Sponsor’s Bank Statements (last 3 to 6 months)
• Relationship Proof (e.g., Family Registration Certificate from Pakistan with certified French or English translation if required)
• Note: Without an official Attestation d’accueil issued by the French Mairie, sponsorship will not be considered valid. Sponsorship does not remove the requirement for the applicant to provide their own financial documents — both sponsor and applicant documentation must be submitted. The French embassy may also request additional documents such as the sponsor’s tax certificate, accommodation inspection report, or proof of travel history.
